Why Does The Reducer Have A Ventilation Cap?

Because the reducer interior is a good sealing performance, when the lubricating oil and air heat, internal pressure increases, will apply an external force to the reducer seal oil seal failure, reducer oil leakage or into the motor internal motor damage, serious because of excessive lubricating oil leakage, internal cannot guarantee effective lubrication, resulting in reducer gear bearing dry grinding, high temperature causes gear bearing scrap, seriously affect the machine life.

Therefore, the reducer is required to install a ventilation cap at a high level before normal use to balance the internal and external pressure and avoid the failure of the sealing oil seal caused by excessive internal pressure.
