From the perspective of proper maintenance, the following six aspects need to be paid attention to:
(1) For the parts that are relatively easy to corrode in the equipment, such as shaft seals, they are easy to age and wear. During the operation of the reducer, the smoothness and sealing of the two contact parts can be ensured, and the noise generated by the operation can also be reduced. Need to check and replace the shaft sealing ring regularly. In addition, the wear of the shaft seal ring can easily cause dust or some metal powder in the working environment to enter the reducer.
(2) When the operating temperature of the reducer exceeds the operating temperature of the bearing, it needs to be shut down for inspection. Carefully check whether the bearings, array gear sleeves, faceplates, spacer rings, pin sleeves and other parts of the reducer are damaged. If there is a certain degree of deformation or If it is damaged, it needs to be replaced in time. At the same time, pay attention to the correct installation when replacing it.
(3) The eccentric bearing is stressed when the reducer is working normally, and the eccentric bearing should be replaced in time when it is disassembled and repaired.
(4) When the reducer is unpacked for maintenance and inspection, the re-installation process must be cautious and careful. After the contact surface is wiped clean, replace the gasket with a suitable thickness with sealant.
(5) The internal structure, parts and equipment parameters of different reducer models are different. The internal parts cannot be replaced at will during maintenance, or used together with other reducer parts.
