At the same time, there are two roller bearings that are weighed. For the rotating arm, it forms an H-shaped structure with the double eccentric sleeve, and the raceway on the rotating arm bearing is an intermediate hole between the cycloid. The tooth difference formed by the meshing of the cycloid and the needle teeth is The one-tooth internal meshing deceleration structure will reduce friction by installing a needle gear sleeve on the needle teeth of the reducer with a small reduction ratio during operation. Secondly, when the cycloidal pinwheel reducer is running, the input device will rotate with the eccentric sleeve. After one week, due to the influence of the curve motion characteristics of the cycloidal gear itself, it will form a plane motion that revolves and rotates at the same time. Therefore, when the input device rotates one cycle clockwise, the eccentric sleeve will rotate with it, and the cycloid will rotate counterclockwise through the needle teeth to achieve the deceleration effect. Finally, this low-speed rotational movement of the cycloid can greatly reduce the output speed through the output device.
