1. Adjustment of guide rail accuracy
For ordinary mechanical equipment, to judge whether the gap between the sliding guide rails is suitable, usually use 0.03mm or 0.04mm thick feeler gauge to insert into the end surface for inspection, and the insertion depth should be less than 20mm. If the guide rail gap is not suitable, it must be adjusted in time.

Generally speaking, on the premise that the machining error of the spindle itself meets the requirements, the rotation accuracy of the planetary reducer spindle is largely determined by the bearing. The key to adjusting the rotation accuracy of the spindle is to adjust the bearing clearance and maintain reasonable value. This has great significance to the working performance of the spindle components and the lifespan of the bearing.
For rolling bearings, working with a large gap will not only concentrate the load on the rolling element in the force direction, but also cause serious stress concentration at the contact between the inner and outer ring raceways of the bearing to shorten the bearing life, but also cause the drift of the spindle center line, which is easy to cause the vibration of the spindle components. Therefore, the adjustment of the rolling bearing must be pre-loaded to generate certain interference inside the bearing, causing certain elastic deformation at the contact between the rolling element and the inner and outer ring raceways to improve the rigidity of the bearing.
