g500 is a new generation of reducer series launched by Lenze company in 2014. It is divided into three series: g500-H, g500-S and g500-B. It is not a coaxial reducer, a parallel axis reducer and a right-angled axis reducer. .
As a new generation of reducer, g500 aims to provide customers with the most economical, efficient, innovative and durable electromechanical products.
Economical: Based on the actual application requirements of customers, the g500 reducer integrates Lenze’s many years of actual selection experience, supplemented by Lenze’s own DSD selection software, to provide the most compact product while ensuring the safe use of customers, namely, Resolutely do not provide customers with products with excessively large frame sizes, and guarantee to provide the most tailor-made products.
High efficiency: the efficiency of the full series of g500 two-stage reducer is as high as 96%, and the efficiency of the full series of three-stage reducer is as high as 94%. It is completely in the leading position among competitors, and it is in line with the current high-efficiency and energy-saving market requirements; The reducer has carried out a comprehensive tooth profile design optimization, so that the reduction ratio of the two-stage reducer reaches nearly 100, which further fully reflects the “efficient” performance.
The most innovative: the full range of g500 adopts multi-wire threaded connection, which abandons the traditional multi-bolt flange butt connection method of motor and reducer; this connection method not only saves the flange when connecting, but also benefits sealing. The first-stage pinion and the motor shaft are matched with a taper hole, which not only reduces the backlash, but also realizes the possibility of a speed ratio of 100 for the second-stage reducer.
Durability: The g500 series reducer adopts a design life of 25,000 hours, completely adhering to Lenze’s consistent “durable” concept, and further reduces the noise of the reducer, making the product appear “elegant and low-key”.
