The Forming Method Of The Main Parts Of The Speed Reducer

1. Box body and lid
The box body and the box cover are the support and containment parts of the transmission parts in the reducer. Relatively speaking, the structure is more complicated. In use, it requires good rigidity, shock absorption and sealing performance. If it is a small batch production, it can be molded by hand. When mass production, it needs to use its gray cast iron and use the machine molding method to cast it.
2. Shafts, gear shafts and gears
Shafts, gear shafts and gears are all important transmission parts in the reducer. The shafts of shafts and gear shafts are subjected to the combined effect of bending and torsion, which requires good comprehensive mechanical properties; gear shafts and gear teeth Part of it is subject to greater contact stress and bending stress, and should have good wear resistance and high strength. When a single piece is produced, it is formed by free forging method or tire die forging method of medium carbon steel, or it can be formed by turning of medium carbon steel round steel bar. Medium carbon steel die forging is used for mass production.
3. Rolling bearings
The rolling bearings in the reducer are subject to radial and axial compressive stresses and require high strength and wear resistance.
4. Bearing end cover
The bearing end cover mainly prevents the bearing from moving and plays a protective role. When single piece and small batch are produced, gray cast iron is used for manual casting.
5. Bolts and nuts
Bolts and nuts play the role of fixing the box cover and the box body. It is mainly made of carbon cable structural steel upsetting or extrusion.
