1. Wear and tear of the reducer bearing chamber

Especially for bearings that cannot be self-aligning; poor machining accuracy or improper installation of the journal or bearing seat hole, and too much shaft deflection will cause the inner and outer rings of the bearing to tilt each other, resulting in uneven distribution of the bearing load. The stress concentration will be destroyed prematurely.
4. Leakage on the joint surface of the reducer
Oil leakage is manifested in the joint surface of the reduction case body and the bearing end cover, mainly due to leaks in the joint surface sealing gasket or sealing compound application process; improper maintenance process; during equipment maintenance, due to the removal of dirt on the joint surface Incomplete, improper selection of sealant, reverse installation of seals, and failure to replace seals in time will cause oil leakage; this can be avoided after strengthening the assembly process requirements.
5. Gear tooth failure of reducer
Common forms of gear tooth failure include: broken gear teeth and damage to the tooth surface. Gear tooth fracture generally occurs at the tooth root, because the bending stress at the tooth root is the largest and there is stress concentration; the damage of the tooth surface can be divided into fatigue pitting of the tooth surface, abrasive wear, gluing and plastic deformation.
Measures to prevent gear tooth failure include: increasing tooth surface hardness and surface roughness requirements; choosing lubricants with higher viscosity; supplying enough lubricating oil and keeping the lubricating oil clean; avoiding frequent starts and severe overload and impact; improving assembly Quality and strengthen maintenance management.
