What Are The Reasons For The High Oil Temperature Of The Reducer And How To Eliminate Them?
1. Reason analysis
1.1 The lubricating oil is unqualified or used too long
At present, the lubricating oil used in the reducer is mostly 320# extreme pressure gear oil. If you add expired oil or oil that is inconsistent with this type of lubricating oil, and if the lubricating oil is not replaced for a long time, the reducer oil temperature may be too high;
1.2 Too much lubricating oil
When the height of the oil level is higher than the oil dipstick or the upper and lower limits of the visible hole, the oil temperature of the reducer will be too high;
1.3 Damaged parts
Mechanical damage includes serious gear pitting, broken teeth, bearing cage, inner and outer rings, ball damage, and bearing seizure or serious shaft deformation;
1.4 The outside of the cabinet is covered by debris or dust
When things are stacked around the reducer or the surface of the body has not been cleaned for a long time, it is possible that the cover of debris or dust may cause the reducer to dissipate incompletely and cause the oil temperature to rise;
1.5 Blockage or failure of cooling device
The cooling device is placed in a dusty workshop like the reducer. If the cooling device is blocked or the cooling device is damaged due to long-term work without cleaning the internal pipeline, it will cause the oil temperature of the reducer to rise;
2. Elimination method
(1)Replace the lubricating oil
(2) Remove excess oil
(3)Carefully check to find out the damaged parts of the machine, repair or replace the machine in time
(4)Remove debris and dust
(5) Replace the cooling device or remove the blockage
